Yes, Enola Gaye smoke bombs can stain if held close to material. The smoke will not stain unless it's held within approximately 30 centimeters to any surface. Enola Gaye smoke grenades contain non-toxic dyes that are meant to be easily washed out of most surfaces.
Enola Gaye advises against using their smoke products close enough to stain material as this could also create a fire. Smoke grenades should only be used outdoors with the landowner's permission.
